Highway 97 ( Weed, Northern California through British Columbia, Canada)  This north and south route is heavily used for travel and transport.  The route is volcanic pumice and ash in nature from the Mt. Mazama explosion that created crater lake.  Landscape consists of mountains, hills and valleys filled with pine trees.  The route does not have any severe mountain passes and most grades are less than 3%.

Weed, Ca. - Klamath Falls - Chiloquin - Chemult - LaPine - Sunriver - Bend - Redmond - Madras - Willowdale - Wasco
